Dr. Cindi Blackhall graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2009 with an EdD in Instructional Technology and Distance Education. Prior to that, she earned Masters and Baccalaureate degrees from Berry College in Secondary Social Studies Education.
She is a retired public school educator with 31 years of classroom experience in the subjects of History, Government, Economics, Geography, and Language Arts. She currently works as an educational consultant.
